Returns
I take great care and pride in everything I create. and always do my best to make sure that only high quality pieces of jewellery leave my work shop. Making sure that my customers are happy is of paramount importance - I want you to return and buy more!

If there are any problems with an order then please do not hesitate to contact me straight away so that we can discuss how to resolve any problems.
If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your online purchase or if you decide something is not quite what you wanted, I am more than happy to accept returns.
If you would like to return your order, you can return the item(s) for refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of the order, providing the goods are returned in perfect condition and have not been worn.

Refunds do not apply to the following goods:

Bespoke/made to order
-
Earrings with non-removable ear wires or posts (unless faulty) for hygiene reasons.
I will make the reimbursement using the same form of payment as used for the initial purchase unless it is agreed otherwise.
